Presentation of the book “Hakyda göwheri” of Hero-Arkadag in Azerbaijani held at the Institute of International Relations of the MFA of Turkmenistan

On December 22, 2025, the presentation of the book of the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Hero Arkadag “Hakyda göwheri” published in Azerbaijani was held at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan.

The event was attended by the leadership and staff members of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, chiefs of diplomatic missions and representative offices of international organizations accredited in Turkmenistan, heads of diplomatic missions and consular offices of Turkmenistan abroad, as well as faculty members, students of the Institute and mass media representatives.

During the presentation, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan Myahri Byashimova, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Azerbaijan to Turkmenistan Gismat Gazalov, Chairperson of the Committee for Social Policy of the Mejlis of Turkmenistan, Chairman of the Turkmen part of the Turkmen-Azerbaijan Inter-parliamentary Friendship Group Annamuhammet Sarjayev, Rector of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan Gulshat Yusupova, Scientific Secretary of the Institute of Language, Literature and National Manuscripts named after Magtymguly of the Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan, candidate of historical sciences Kakajan Janbekov gave speeches. The moderator of the event was the Vice-rector of the Institute of International Relations Begench Myatliyev.

In their speeches, the participants underlined that the publication of the book of the National Leader of the Turkmen people “Hakyda göwheri” in the Azerbaijani language is yet another confirmation of the comprehensive strengthening and development of traditionally friendly Turkmen-Azerbaijani relations.

It was particularly noted that the work of Hero Arkadag, based on historical facts, vividly reveals the glorious path of the Turkmen people, its contribution to world culture and the spiritual heritage of great personalities. The book of scientific value was emphasized as a source for studying ancient Oguz literature.

The participants of the event expressed their confidence that the publication “Hakyda gowheri” in the Azerbaijani language will be a significant contribution to the development of cultural dialogue, the popularization of rich history of Turkmenistan and will allow Azerbaijani readers to get acquainted in depth with the spiritual heritage of Turkmen people.
