The President of Turkmenistan received the head of Daewoo Engineering & Construction Co., Ltd.

On December 11, 2025, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov received the head of Daewoo Engineering & Construction Co., Ltd. Kim Bo-Hyun, who arrived in Turkmenistan to participate in celebrations dedicated to the International Day of Neutrality and the 30th anniversary of Turkmenistan's permanent neutrality.

Expressing sincere gratitude for the time devoted to the meeting, the businessman congratulated President Serdar Berdimuhamedov and the entire Turkmen people on International Neutrality Day and the 30th anniversary of Turkmenistan's permanent neutrality.

Warmly welcoming the guest, the head of state emphasized his pleasure in hosting him on Turkmen soil during the International Conference on the occasion of the International Year of Peace and Trust, International Neutrality Day, and the 30th anniversary of Turkmenistan's permanent neutrality. He expressed confidence that this Forum would become an important platform for strengthening global peace, a culture of mutual trust, and finding joint solutions to pressing problems.

President Serdar Berdimuhamedov expressed confidence that the results of the visit will give new impetus to the expansion of bilateral ties between Turkmenistan and the Republic of Korea.

The President of Turkmenistan noted that the company is currently constructing a new mineral fertilizer production complex at the Turkmenabat Chemical Plant in the Lebap Region. The head of state expressed confidence that the Korean company will complete this project with high quality and on time, implement new modern technologies and high-performance equipment, and continue to effectively implement projects of national and regional significance in our country.

Expressing his heartfelt gratitude to President Serdar Berdimuhamedov for the high level of trust placed in him and the favorable conditions created for fruitful work in the promising Turkmen market, Kim Bo-Hyun assured the head of state that the company he leads will fulfill its contractual obligations at a high level.
