Meeting of the Ambassador of Turkmenistan to the Republic of Kazakhstan with Students of L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University

On October 8, 2025, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Republic of Kazakhstan B.Rejepov delivered a lecture at the L.N.Gumilyov Eurasian National University.

The lecture was attended by Turkmen students studying at the university, as well as the faculty and teaching staff of the university.

In his lecture, the Ambassador covered a wide range of topical issues, including the main directions of Turkmenistan's foreign policy, the measures being implemented within the framework of youth policy, the discussion of the promising tasks set by President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov and the National Leader of the Turkmen people Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov to the younger generation, as well as Turkmenistan's plans to widely celebrate the 30th anniversary. With great enthusiasm, the audience heard information about the ongoing large-scale programs and socio-economic, scientific, educational, socio-political reforms aimed at ensuring the prosperity of the Turkmen youth and the country as a whole. In this regard, the head of the Turkmen diplomatic mission spoke in detail about the results of the meeting of the Halk Maslahaty, which discussed key issues of state and social development, including ensuring a prosperous and happy life for the population, strengthening economic growth.

The importance of the policy of permanent neutrality, the expansion of international cooperation for the sake of peace and trust, as well as the comprehensive strengthening of friendly and fraternal relations was emphasized.

At the same time, the lecture highlighted the speech of President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov at the plenary session of the 80th anniversary session of the UN General Assembly in New York, where the priorities of our country were announced and the principles of Turkmenistan's friendly neutrality were confirmed.

As the Ambassador noted, the current development vector set by President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov and National Leader Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov emphasizes progress. All spheres of state and public life have received a powerful boost thanks to a wise and balanced national strategy based on the unshakable principles of positive neutrality, mutual respect, tolerance, justice, and brotherhood. Turkmen youth, who form a united, friendly, and cohesive community around the President and National Leader of Turkmenistan, are actively participating in the implementation of the Head of State's programmatic guidelines.

During the event, the Embassy of Turkmenistan presented a commemorative gift to the ENU University Library—a book authored by the National Leader of the Turkmen people and Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov.

The official presentation of letters of gratitude and certificates of merit to the distinguished Turkmen students and professors of the University added great significance to the event.

At the conclusion of the lecture, the Ambassador inquired about the students' academic progress and student life, and the students, in turn, had the opportunity to ask questions they were interested in.
